- Managing, updating and building the sales contacts database through various channels.
- Preparing sales proposals.
- Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities or service (e.g hours of operation, rate and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurant etc)
- Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers
- Ability to solve problems and ultimately deliver sales results within set time frames.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment.
- Analysing results of email marketing campaigns for sales prospects and follow-up.
- Ensures all documents produces by the sales department (e.g banquet event orders, contracts, rooming lists, proposal) are completed accurately and on time
- Manage and maintain managers schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events and any appointments
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material are available at all times
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Sales or the management
