The Sales Account Manager (SAM) primarily calls/emails into customers to sell Client trainings and certifications. Also, the SAM will build direct relationships with end user organizations and will work closely with and leverage the partners, if needed, to maximize the revenue opportunities within the fixed set of named accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a well-trained sales background with previous experience of selling Online Learning courses, certification, or education package to corporate clients. SAM will have great communication skills and be clear and influential communicator who is able to adapt to different styles across different client levels and groups. SAM will also need to be an engaging, and confident speaker as well as presenter, able to advocate our client brand along with strong listening skills.
