What you'll be doing as a Catering Coordinator :
- Ordering and liasing with catering service provider to prepare daily food and beverage
- Prepare birthday cakes for employees
- To maintain office space ensuring that it is a conducive and healthy working environment
- To manage relationships with building management, vendors, service providers to provide repairs and maintenance for the premises
- To manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities (such as recycling, general repairs, etc.)
- To attend and manage movement of guest within the premise
- To manage cleaner
- To ensure optimum sanitary and hygiene of the work space, general areas, pantry and washrooms
- To manage office equipment inventory
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time
What You'd Need :
- Min 6 months in Catering Service arrangment
- Min. 2 years of experience in office administration and facilities management
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required
- Experience in HR administration will be an advantage
- Ability to handle simple technical issues in collaboration with IT admins team
- Being the office problem solver for teammates
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
