Job Responsibilities :
- To perform procurement work include negotiation, materials sourcing, order tracking and preparing purchase order.
- To ensure and monitor stock level constant supply at all times.
- To monitor and develop purchasing plan to meet timely delivery and project requirements.
- To develop, evaluate and expand reliable sources and alternate source as backup in material supplies.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’ Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Operation Management, Business studies or any related field.
Well versed in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and knowing Mandarin is an added advantage.
At least 2 years of working experiences in the purchasing or buyer environment, customer service environment or any related field.
Resourceful, can work independently and able to work in fast paced environment.
