Job Responsibilities :
- To assist managing director with personal and business tasks.
- To manage secretarial duties including prepare minutes of meeting,manage meeting schedule and reports.
- To coordinate and arrange appointment and meeting.
- To handle confidential documents in proper manner.
- To interact professionally with all levels of staff and management.
Job Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’ Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Well versed in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and knowing Mandarin is an added advantage
• At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position. Experience in Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant is an added advantage.
• Candidate must be able to work independently with a strong organizational skill to multi task and prioritize.
