Responsibilities:
- To develop new business and/or acquire new customers.
- To lead, direct and manage a project team to ensure goals, objectives and all elements defined in the project schedule are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
- To plan and review overall resources, including financial, staffing, materials and expertise availability in fulfilling project requirements.
- To coach, mentor and train a team of project staff.
- To identify and resolve project issues by devising cost-effective solutions.
- To secure and work with strategic partners as and when required to accomplish project goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in project/program management and/or sales/business development.
- Must possess sound knowledge in plastic injection molding, sheet metal processing, die casting and SMT processes.
- Mature, analytical mind, result oriented, innovative and willing to take new challenges.
- Possess good communication skills and an excellent team player.
