- Qualify and identify all decision makers and power sponsors in the prospect organization
- Capture all necessary contact information, name, title, phone, email, etc.
- Qualify the prospect and affiliated companies
- Determine the prospect’s decision/buying process
- Analyze the needs and requirements of target prospects
- Setup highly qualified phone/face-to-face appointments with decision makers
- Be able to articulate Customer’s value proposition to prospects, inform prospect about USPs and be able to articulate value add of Customer solution via phone & email
- Meet/exceed desired goals of opportunities per month
- Customer to provide a list of Target Accounts that Contractor will focus on securing appointments
- Follow up calling for invitations to events and after events
- Perform special campaign & Inside Sales tasks requested by Customer
- Execute on marketing campaigns
- Convert opportunities to deals and support the end customer in the onboarding and purchasing process
- Liaise with Customer sales resources to provide opportunity information, feedback and any other support necessary to convert leads to opportunity and to deals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both verbally and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Bachelor degree with strong academic record, or with min. 1 year and above of equivalent experience
- Experience in handling relationships with MidMarket accounts and interacting with decision makers, potentially in AdSales/Marketing
- Phone or field based sales experience, with a history of overachieving targets and a desire to start a career in sales
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and an ability to persuade at the executive management level
