JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare daily order processing of Delivery Order, Invoice, Transfer Note, Stock Return, Consignment Note, Packing List.
  • Handling ordering portal of Bonuslink, Gemfive, 11 Streets, Motherhood, LAZADA, Shopee, Shoppu, Youbeli and CBM internet portal. To issue DO, Invoice and packaging ordering
  • Ensure mail invoices to retailer and liaises with retailer if any query.
  • Mail hardcopy invoice to retailer on monthly basis
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly report for management review
  • Daily report of Delivery Order & Transfer Note, Sales Analysis, Tracking number
  • Weekly report of Cash on Delivery & Cash before Delivery
  • Monthly report of Aeon Web EDI B2B Concessment Invoices and AEON Stock take billing report
  • Liaises with courier services on pick up ordering once packaging is in order.
  • Able to handle ad-hoc work task from Sales & Warehouse team
  • Filling Delivery Order, Invoices, Transfer Note, Stock Return, Credit Note
  • Write daily log book record for Delivery Order & Transfer Note
  • Yearly stock check and stock reconcile
  • Handling ordering portal from bonuslink, gemfive, 11 streets, motherhood, lazada, shopee, shoppu, youbeli, CBM internet Portal. Issue DO & Invoice, packing list, consignment note
  • Prepare DO & Transfer Note, stock return (except ToyRUs)
  • Email invoice to retailers, dealing with retailer if any requirement.
  • DO & Transfer Note Report, Daily sales analysis report, Tracking no. report
  • Contact courier service for pick up order that ready in packing
  • Other adhoc task by sales team & warehouse such sales report, quotation and etc
  • Filing all DO, Invoice, TN, stock Return, CN
  • Write on Daily DO & TN log book record
  • CashOnDeliver & CashBeforeDelivery Report – every thursday
  • Aeon Web EDI B2B Concessment invoices
  • Aeon Stock take report billing
  • Mail hardcopy to Send billing invoices to retailers
  • Stock check
  • Stock reconcile

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess minimum of SPM, Diploma in any field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in related task or
  • Fresh Graduate candidate are welcome to apply
  • To be based at Seri Kembangan, Selangor
