We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to model data, turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decision. Availabe for Senior or Junior position.
Responsibilities :
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Design and develop relevant reporting using BIRT technology.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems , data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and optimizing query and database performances.
- To assist in resolving and troubleshooting product issues related to data migration, data cleaning and data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with project manager and functional manager to discuss requirements, planning, schedules and issues.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- To keep up-to-date on big-data tools and technologies with R&D opportunities.
Required Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Database Developer, Data Analytics or anything equivalence with a minimum 2 years of experience as data analyst or business data analyst.

Strong knowledge in SQL Query language and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc).

Knowledge of programming and understanding of web services.

Comfortable designing and querying data using tools on relevant reporting.

Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Adapt at queries, report writing and presenting finding.
Other Advantages :
- Any web application experience for data presentation.
- Familiarity with R / Python / JAVA or Scala is an asset.
- Experience using business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g: Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g: Hadoop).
- Accounting background or familiarity is a plus.
