We are looking for a passionate Application Specialist especially those who have experience working with or for Malaysia Local Authorities (Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in government digitalization and keeping up with latest technologies. Multiple locations available.
Responsibilities :

Participate in planning, rollout and implementation of application / systems / enhancements ensuring adherence to documented processes and procedures.

Mitigating and identifying potential on-site risk.

Involved in user trainings and hands-on (transfer of technology) sessions to clients.

To guide users on day-to-day usage of system applications and document FAQ.

To do first layer forensic and troubleshooting user issues and identifying user needs / enhancements during system usage.

To communicate to developer and QA team on issues status, work around methodologies and user needs / expectation.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in IT / Engineering / Accounting or equivalent experiences.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the relationship between software / OS/ network / hardware.
- Experience in presentation, training users or supporting customers.
Other Advantages :
- Any web application development experience.
- SQL or data querying experience.
- Accounting background or familiarity is a plus.
