Job Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- To ensure efficient and effective operation standards for sales administration, planning and reporting system
- To develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensure attainment of company goals and profitability
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
- To lead, manage and motivate sales team
- To provide timely feedback to management regarding the company performance
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in property development industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, time management and business development tools
- Willing to take challenges and be able to work under pressure
- Required to travel to project sites ( Tanjung Malim) , out of town and etc. for business
