Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day financial operation activities
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Conduct month-end and year-end close process
- Collect, analyze and summarize account information
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
- Oversee the sales activities of the company and assist sale staff on collections
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, company secretary, tax and relevant authorities
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Account/Finance/Banking or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field for this position, preferably in property development industry and knowledge in GST and Taxation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, Sage UBS Accounting & Billing software
- Willing to take challenges and be able to work under pressure
