ソフトウェアやハードウェアの問題に対しての対応業務など
問題が発生した場合の解決対応

Customer Support (Support Japan)
What you be doing:
Inbound Call Support:
- Answer customer support calls, document relevant case information
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
Live Chat Support:
- Establish first contact with potential client via inbound chat
- Lead generation through pre-sales discussions with potential client
- Provide basic guidance and product information or redirect to the right support/sales team
- Warm transfers to Sales
What we need from you:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in customer support or related field would be added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
Working Hour: 8am - 5pm
