Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall accounting functions that include preparation of financial statement, budgeting, cash flow and management reports.
- Ensure compliances with the Group SOP’s policies and procedures.
- Supervise daily work of Finance Reporting team, which include Bursa reporting.
- Ensure implementation of internal controls and process improvements.
- To liaise with internal & external auditors, government, authorities and agencies.
- Assist in any other task, for example project evaluation and feasibility studies as and which assigned accordingly.
- Prepare the Group for IPO on Bursa Malaysia in the near future.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must be possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and or Professional Accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with a minimum of 1 year working experience in manufacturing or audit environment are encouraged to apply.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently and meet reporting deadline.
- Candidates with experience in the implementation of ERF ia an asset.
- Possess good working attitude and interpersonal skill.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and result oriented.
- Candidate with Bursa reporting experiences is a definite advantage.
- Candidate with lessen requirements may be considered for the position of Accountant - Corporate Finance.
