TRANSAIRMARINE FREIGHT SERVICES SDN BHD is an international freight forwarding company based in Penang with branches in Port Klang, KLIA and Johor. We are now seeking suitably qualified individuals (Malaysians) to fill in the following position :-
Customer Service Executive (Female)
(Penang Island)
Responsibilities:
· To manage customers and overseas agents rates enquiries.
· To ensure all quotations are accurate, on-time and according to customer’s requirement.
· To attend to bookings from customers and liaise with carriers.
· To prepare bill of ladings, shipping instructions, pre-alerts and billing.
· To communicate with operations and customer service staffs to meet
customers’ requirements and expectations.
· To monitor shipments until arrival at destination.
· To provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance report to the management.
Requirement
· Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate or equivalent.
· Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill.
· Responsible and hardworking.
· Proficient in writing and spoken English & Malay and able to communicate in Mandarin.
· Previous working experience in the freight forwarding industry .
· Computer literate.
