- Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deal directly with customers by telephone & face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Maintain customer databases
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
- Required language(s):Chinese, English
- Able to speak and write English fluently will be added advantage
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in MS Excel &Word
- Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision
