Job Descriptions:-
- Manage retails sales team to deliver effective retail shop management and customer services at retail outlets.
- To ensure excellent standard of sales outlets in terms of presentation, display or price tag, maintenance and customer services.
- Responsible for driving team to achive sales, profitability and business goals without compromising services excellence.
- Responsible for day to day smooth running of retail outlets including staff management and training, visual merchandising and operational issues. Suggest sales driven promotional activities.
- Manage and maintain healthy stock control procedures at all retail outlets.
- Daily housekeeping and Schedule Staff monthly duty roster every month and copy to HR Manager.
- Ensure AEON Application Form; credit card settlement; EPP Application Form tally with sales report and without omitted any documentation.
- Bank in sales collection daily.
- All other ad hoc jobs as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

- Must possess own transport
