- 接听和转接来电
- 一般文书职责,包括复印,传真,邮寄和安排快递服务
- 接待来访人员,并保持安全意识
- 编排预约时间表,安排会议室或餐饮预订
- 协助安排行程
- 管理和维护办公室设备和家政服务
- 管理办公用品库存:办公室茶水间,文具等
- 文件归档
需求:
- 至少SPM持有人或相等的
- 能够以华语,英语和马来语沟通和写作
- 具有电脑操作知识(Microsoft Office)
- 良好的工作态度,和蔼可亲的外表和个性,兼备良好的沟通能力

Responsible :
- answer and forward incoming call

- maintain appointment diary, organise conference and meeting room bookings or catering

Requirements:
- Minimum SPM holder or equivalent.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good working attitude, pleasant outlook and personality with good communication.
