- Manage the lobby area (Plants, TV, lighting, general cleanliness).
- Register the visitors, notify the relevant personnel or escort the visitors to the meeting rooms.
- Receive parcels and documents from courier companies, record the consignment details and notify the recipient.
- Compile monthly stationary request for purchase and obtain the quotation from the supplier.
- Record and control stationary inventory.
- Record hot beverage inventory.
- Assist staff in courier service request.
- Assist staff to book for cab services.
- Assist in event arrangement.
- Arrange the distribution of monthly cafeteria gift.
- Check and top-up Level 2 photocopier paper.
- Check the Level 2 meeting rooms white board markers condition.
- Assist in preparing and installing notices.
Requirements:-
- Education and experience
- At least STPM/ ‘A’ Level qualification and above.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the Financial Industry or 3 years in the similar role
- Strong PC skills is a pre-requisite
- Superior analytical skills
- Experience within large business, and interfacing with senior personnel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and tight deadlines.
