- Reporting to General Manager/Senior Manager
- To assist for the planning, organizing, managing and controlling the various aspects of assigned projects from inception, through design and until completion and handling over to the client.
- To coordinate between consultants for the planning and building design related matters for plans submission and approval to the relevant authorities.
- To liaise with marketing department on design and marketing requirements to the assigned projects.
- To liaise with relevant authorities to ensure approvals are obtained timely.
Requirement:
- Degree in Architecture/ HBP/ C & S/ M & E engineering.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in a property development environment.
- Those with lower qualification but with suitable experience will be considered.
- Self-motivated, result oriented with good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently.
