RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new and potential clients to achieve and exceed the required sales target for Corporate Training Programmes.
- Be able to penetrate and pursue opportunities with the existing contacts/network.
- Build new and existing business for long term growth.
- Able to create and maintain good agency and corporate companies’ network locally and internationally.
- Able to understand the types of training programmes to conduct for employees in different industry and fields.
- Develop and maintain an aggressive plan in achieving set targets.
- Manage corporate training budgets.
- Design effective training programs.
- Select and book venues.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as company visits, exhibition, conference, events or launching to build leads and prospects.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business or related field with several years’ experience, preferably in the Corporate Training / Corporate Business / education industry.
- Able to deal with clients at all levels.
- Effective communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Possess excellent command in English and Bahasa. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Excellent in organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and decision making.
- Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, self-managed, organized, have excellent presentation skills and the ability to prospect new target market, develop relationships and close business.
