RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your key deliverable is listed as below:-
- Manage staff recruitment and employment matters, including new employee induction and conduct exit interviews.
- Plan, identify and organize training programmes for staff development.
- Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and liaise with relevant government bodies (i.e. EPF, Sosco, Income Tax, etc.
- Process documentation and manage overall administration of the department (Leave records, grievances, performance evaluation, staff welfare and activities, etc.)
- Ensure internal database, employee files and relevant human resource systems are updated accurately and on a timely basis.
- Provide information and assistance to staff and the Management on HR policies and work related issues.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
- Implement and monitor performance management system.
- Review and update employee rules and regulations.
- Administer employee discipline processes.
- Support in administrative works and correspondences (Memorandum, Letters and notices).
- Coordinate Immigration matters.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess relevant academic qualifications preferably in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Generalist human resources experience with minimum of 3 years’ experience in this field.
- Well versed in Employment Act and Labour Laws of Malaysia.
- Required skill (s): HR2000 QUICK Pay and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Training will be provided (if necessary).
- Able to multitask and work independently.
