HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE (FULL TIME – IMMEDIATE POSITION)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your key deliverable is listed as below:-

  • Manage staff recruitment and employment matters, including new employee induction and conduct exit interviews.
  • Plan, identify and organize training programmes for staff development.
  • Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and liaise with relevant government bodies (i.e. EPF, Sosco, Income Tax, etc.
  • Process documentation and manage overall administration of the department (Leave records, grievances, performance evaluation, staff welfare and activities, etc.)
  • Ensure internal database, employee files and relevant human resource systems are updated accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff and the Management on HR policies and work related issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
  • Implement and monitor performance management system.
  • Review and update employee rules and regulations.
  • Administer employee discipline processes.
  • Support in administrative works and correspondences (Memorandum, Letters and notices).
  • Coordinate Immigration matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess relevant academic qualifications preferably in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Generalist human resources experience with minimum of 3 years’ experience in this field.
  • Well versed in Employment Act and Labour Laws of Malaysia.
  • Required skill (s): HR2000 QUICK Pay and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Training will be provided (if necessary). 
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
