DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Manage all aspect of EH&S related issues and customers interfacing.
- Response to all SBI/SFYI issue.
- Response to EH&S related issues.
- Ensuring that CPI/KPI is kept as per expectation.
- Manage tracking of custodial performance and trend and analysis.
- Manage EH&S daily line walk/audit checklist reviewing.
- Conduct building’s safety inspection.
- Attend to unscheduled projects.
- Vendor management
2. KEY RESULT AREAS
- To work closely with client and vendors to enhance safe, smooth and reliable EH&S operation.
- To check all abnormalities happening in EH&S and its feedback system effectiveness to avoid recurrence.
- To instill quality thinking into all facility personnel and promote cleanliness, safety and accident anticipation.
3. AUTHORITY FOR DECISION-MAKING
- To formulate and constantly improve the efficiency and reliability of the EH&S services.
- To check daily supervision and documentation jobs of vendors.
- Evaluate and recommendation of services enhancement.
- Representing JLL in attending meeting related to custodial problems.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
COMPETENCIES
- A Degree/Recognized certification from the authority (Green Book).
- Tough yet pleasant, highly initiative, independent and possess leadership qualities.
- Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Command good working relationship internally and externally.
