JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for design & technical team compliance with project BIM standards
- Interrogation of the design input of the model to identify clashes and products & manage a clash register
- Interface with the Project Planner to create virtual build of the 3D model
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Structure/M&E Engineering or its equivalent
- Prior experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from bid stage through construction & handover
- Excellent IT skills and willingness to learn & use new technology and software
- Great time management and able to commit and work to deadlines
- Prior experience in project co-ordination in any of the above 3 trades advantage
- 2 years contract
