Job Description:
- To plan and manage company’s purchasing activities including sourcing, selection of vendors for materials, parts and/or services as well as monitor the stock movement as to ensure the availability of stock at all time.
- To sources for new and alternative cost effective raw materials from local and overseas vendors.
- Responsible for recording all incoming purchase requisition form.
- Batching of invoices, prepare delivery orders and purchase orders.
- Monitor on delivery schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in any field or equivalent.
- Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
