JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To manage all contractual matters relating to cost and delays with the client and the subcontractors
- Responsible on procurement, sourcing for subcontractors/suppliers, cost evaluation, variation works and interim payment claim and certification to the client and subcontractors/suppliers
- Final Account settlement with the client and subcontractors
- All other QS related job
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Degree / Diploma in QS, Building or its equivalent
- Min 3 years’ experience in main-con companies and experience in FIDIC form of Contract an advantage
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
- Approx. 1 year contract
- 6 days work week
