JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Material planning on site
- Resolve site coordination problem
- Conduct subcontractor/specialist meeting
- Monitor site progress of work and deliver project to expected safety and quality objectives
- Develop and maintain Standard Work Procedures for all critical and major work activities
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Relevant Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Building/Construction
- Min 5 years’ experience in project/site management in construction industry
- With retail, shopping mall working experience is an advantage but not essential
- JB local experience in infrastructure works such as roads & drainage, RE wall etc. and with architectural experiences are preferred
- Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
- Approx. 2 years contract
- 6 days work week
- Rotating shift (for approx. 6 months)
