Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • To gather and validate the requirements from all stakeholders.
  • To define requirements based on strategy documents in collaboration with product owners and to prioritize requirements.
  • Based on the detailed requirements gathered from the stakeholders, to produce business requirements, functional specification, business processes documents and recommendations to the product development teams.
  • Requirements breakdown into features and user stories for the product backlog with priorities agreed with product owners.
  • To produce functional specifications and system design specifications.
  • To work closely with development team to ensure that the requirement are clearly understood and the desired functionality is delivered.
  • Ensures that any questions from development team regarding requirements are answered completely in a timely manner.
  • To manage and assist in enforcement of the deliverable and deadlines with the product development team.
  • Review and confirm that proposed solution designs meets the specified requirements needs.
  • Ensure that business requirements are met by the developed software
  • Responsible for assessing reported defects and assigning priority for fix
  • Work with product owners to assist with strategic planning and gain early knowledge of future scope and goals.
  • Provide timely and effective feedback to product owner throughout the development cycle
  • Exhibits confidence and extensive knowledge in F&B/Retail/Service industry.
  • To consistently deliver high quality services to our clients.
  • To assist in facilitation of team and client meetings.
  • To manage client expectations.
  • To produce and deliver informative and high quality presentation materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, business or relevant field of study.
  • 5 years or more working experience in related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly influential and Assertive.
  • Excel in expectation management.
  • Strong sense of ownership.
  • Able to exercise good judgement in decision making.
  • Providing options for problem solving.
  • Possesses a broad understanding of business and business skills.
  • Ability to identify issues with ease.
  • Excellent understanding with F&B/Retail/Service industries.
  • Excellent process understanding of software development
  • The ability to work well in a team but also independently on individual projects.
  • Good English skills and the ability to thrive in a multinational environment, Mandarin is a plus.
