Responsibilities

 

1. Responsible for all leasing matter for retail mall  at different location.

2. To handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matter  such as issuance of letter of offer and tenancy agreement, collection of deposit, follow up on signing of agreements, handing over of premises

3. To ensure acceptance of offer letter, concept submission, lease/tenancy execution and deposit payments are completed within set timeframe

4. Manages the amending of leases, assigning of leases, and termination agreements.

5. Monitors all tenancy document activities to ensure they are always up-to-date and completed on time.

6. Foster good working relationships with tenants and sees to it that they fully understand and comply with tenancy agreements and leasing procedures

7. Attend to tenancy related matters including negotiation, issuing of letter of offer, renewal and approval and handling

8. Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposits collections, fit out, operations, and insurance.

9. Coordinate with tenants on rental payments, renewal of leases and refund of deposit upon lease expiry

10. Ensure all payment, insurance and relevant documents are received by account department on a timely manner prior to any new opening and renewal

11. Carry out any other additional assignment/duties as directed by the management from time to time

 

Requirements

 

1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or Equivalent

2. At least 2 years expertise and knowledge in retail leasing or building services leasing or similar functions in a large and diverse multinational organization is essential

3. Knowledge of lease terms, specification and tenancy policies

4.Excellent negotiation skills and sound knowledge of the retail market, good experience in developing tenancy mix and rental structures

5.A team player with good management and interpersonal skills, able to multitask and work independently or in a team to handle a diverse group of people.

6. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill & polite.

7. Required language(s) English and Bahasa Malaysia.(both spoken and written)

8. Mandarin speaker will be added advantage

9. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work complex issue
