- Taking history, performance physical examinations, resuscitation, stabilization and provision of general and emergency treatment to the patients in the Central Medical Facility.
- To be responsible as a team leader in managing critical cases.
- To implement multidisciplinary treatment for such cases.
- To observe and treat patients in the Observation Bay, before they are discharged or referred for further care.
- To refer patients to the respective specialized unit concerned for further observation or medical care.
- To be present for ward rounds / meetings / updates when the CMO requires such.
- To be the coordinator / educator in unit activities such as CME, Mortality and Morbidity meetings, etc..
REQUIREMENTS
- MMC Registration with valid APC
- M.Med in Emergency Medicine, with minimum of 3 years experience.
- NSR Registration.
- Able to work in a remote area on a 5 days week
