Admin/HR internships are most welcome. Other departments will be open base on availability too.
Allowances will be given.
Three meals included on working day. (Five working days, Saturday will be subject to requirement)
Responsible :
- Answer and forward incoming call.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, mailing and arrange courier service.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Maintain appointment diary, organise conference and meeting room bookings or catering.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment & office housekeeping service.
- Maintain office supply inventories: office pantry, stationery etc.
- Filing.

Assist Admin/HR Superior in daily operations.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Committed sense of urgency, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently, good comunication and have a good team spirit.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Words/Excel.
