Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and lead the account team on day to day basis to ensure standardization of accounting procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial management reports.
- Monitoring and control inflow and outflow funds. Verify all cheques payment before send to HOD for approval.
- Preparation and interpreting project feasibility study and cash flow proposal to obtain project financing.
- Verify monthly management accounts, annual budget/revision and forecast prepared by Senior / Accounts Executive.
- Liaison person with bankers and lawyers for banking facilities and land acquisition.
- Liaison person with external auditors, tax agents and other relevant professionals for compliance.
- Attend internal and external meeting as and when require.
- Ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 8 years related working experience with minimum 3-5 years in property development industry.
- Able to work independently and lead the account team when carry out assignment works.
