Responsibilities:
- Communicate with principal to align appropriate product mix, pricing strategy, launch plan, target & execution.
- Drive consumer off take by formulating relevant marketing strategies and activate trade activities.
- Driving and supporting (in particular through data, information and insights) the development of different channel marketing strategies.
- Liaison with regional teams to align business priorities and targets by region, city and by channel.
- Formulate detailed marketing programs and execution plans appropriate for each specific channel.
- Provide input to inventory management team in order to ensure sales forecast, procurement (appropriate product mix for different seasons) & inventory management is in place.
- Consumer Understanding: market trends, market research, consumer behavior, competitor intelligence.
- Brand performance reports, P&L & KPI monitoring.
- A&P budget allocation & tracking, pass through expenses reconciliation & settlement with principal.
- Lead business development and other Ad hoc projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- University graduate with major in Business Management preferred but not essential;
- Over 3 years of commercial experience with minimum 3 years managerial experience derived from the management of brand marketing, trade marketing, Sales, Retail and/or Client Service preferably in FMCG companies;
- Strong sales & marketing sense-understanding of marketing theory & practice, knowledge of market dynamics, sales, channel, distribution, etc.;
- Strong analytical & computer skills;

- Project management skills;
- Good communication/interpersonal skills & responsive;
- Attention to details & execution follow ups;
- Fluent English, both oral and written;
- Good financial knowledge.
