- Reporting to the Senior Project Manager - Asia. Manage and coordinate all matters relating to the delivery of Evolution Wellness’s (EW) new build and refurbishment projects.
- Management of local delivery teams including but not limited to design consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver all aspects of the construction and fit out process with respect to programme, cost and quality.
- Key stakeholder management and coordination. Act as the local conduit between the regional property team and the local business including Managing Director, Operations, Facilities, Finance and Procurement.
- Multiple strong example of the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes - a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes
- Strong understanding of Retails, Offices, Hotel or Residential and understanding of how change drives benefit for business, customers and other stakeholders
- Strong people manager and and broad experience in managing large teams of different work streams/geographies.
- Excellent understanding of the Project lifecycle and Business needs
- Understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies
REQUIREMENT
- Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering or any related fields
- Required skill(s): Project management, Vendor interaction, Quality Management, Program Initiation, Logistic Management
- Experienced as PMO Lead or act as PMO Lead in current position will be an added advantage
- Must have at least 6 year(s) hands on experience in fitting out projects of retails, offices, hotel and residential.
- Good stakeholder management experience especially impactful communication
- Influencing and running project governance, implementation of change management and benefit realisation
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to win over and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong technical background and site experience in fit-out nature, A&A work
