BSSB Furniture BHD SDN is a British owned and governed, volume manufacturer of ‘Quality Upholstered, Bedroom Furniture. Our key products are Bedsteads, were we are recognised as on of the largest manufacturers and global exporters of such products. Our factory and offices are based in Telok Gong - Port Klang, Selangor. Perfectly located near to the port, where we ship in excess of 10k containers of product per calendar month. BSSB also have a Furniture Innovation Division - of which has grown to become a leader in the design and integration of mechanical/electrical technology.
Position : Product Support Advisor (Customer Service)
Reporting to: Head of Innovation
This will entail:
- Becoming a ‘product expert’ on all Innovation products. Guru.
- Tech Communication / Support - email, telephone and Skype, with both clients /retailers and endusers - Tech Troubleshooting/Support.
- Concluding service support request in a timely and professional manner
- Utilising and updating CRM Databases and VOIP telephone systems
- Keeping all involved parties in the picture and with regular updates, until concluded.
- Creating and communicating service and product performance levels reports
- Managing Spare Parts Stores
- Overseeing spare parts distribution / logistics
- Always striving to have service levels that are deemed as excellent
- Prompting and overseeing successful ‘third party’ service calls / visits
- Utilisation of Microsoft Office Products - specifically excel.
- Passionate about customer service and achieving excellent standard - Go the extra mile.
- Utilise ERP Systems
