Our key products are Bedsteads, were we are recognised as on of the largest manufacturers and global exporters of such products. Our factory and offices are based in Telok Gong - Port Klang, Selangor. Perfectly located near to the port, where we ship in excess of 10k containers of product per calendar month. BSSB also have a Furniture Innovation Division - of which has grown to become a leader in the design and integration of mechanical/electrical technology.
Job Descriptions :
- To ensure the Group’s management accounts are prepared in accordance to the Malaysian statutory standards i.e. the MASB and MFRS which are under MPERS purview.
- To analyze, deliberate and resolve all technical and compliance matters in relation to statutory bodies requirements & stipulations e.g. the Auditor /SSM / LHDN / MIDA and etc.
- To be the Management Representative for all aspects of corporate governance and internal audit related matters, and to carry out all types of audit e.g. financial year-end audit, accounting system audit in ERP environment, costing and WIP audit, SOP and process-flow audit, operational audit and etc..
- To ensure smooth and optimum performance of accounting system in ERP environment via continuous system adaptation, system improvement and system maintenance so as to effectively and efficiently support business operation needs.
- To ensure continuous improvement on costs management, costs accounting, planning and budgeting in ERP manufacturing environment as the key to stay competitive and resilient to market challenges and changes.
- To be the Management Representative for all aspect of continuous costing improvement drives, and to improvise existing manufacturing costing module with Activity Based Costing and Absorption Based Costing methodology and maintaining a set of WIP accounting ledgers in ERP system environment.
- To oversee generation of management costing and variance reports and analyze the costs trending by product, job and customer over a period for management decision makings.
- To assist Management in cost budgeting and its implementation so as to achieve the desired outcomes especially been cost effective and cost efficient in production and its operations.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
