BSSB Furniture SDN BHD is a British owned and governed, volume manufacturer of ‘Quality Upholstered, Bedroom Furniture. Our key products are Bedsteads, were we are recognised as on of the largest manufacturers and global exporters of such products. Our factory and offices are based in Telok Gong - Port Klang, Selangor. Perfectly located near to the port, where we ship in excess of 10k containers of product per calendar month. BSSB also have a Furniture Innovation Division - of which has grown to become a leader in the design and integration of mechanical/electrical technology.

Coordinator will be responsible for: 

1. To work closely with your team member and liaise with him/her on a daily basis organizing your

work load accordingly.

2. Customer updates are to be provided on a daily basis or when required. They must be within 24

hours when possible.

3. Ensure that customers have a full understanding of what is happening with their order, even if it is

late, constant communication and reasons are required.

4. Create a team mentality with other departments

5. Maintain customer files and create a simple system to be able to retract information from those

files at ease.

6. Understand the paper flow of the factory, working closely with each department to ensure the

customer receives information quickly.

7. Double check all information i.e. SO, PI etc so to minimize errors.

8. Understand the information required from a new customer set up and liaise with salesman to

ensure he /she is providing all of the correct information.

9. Orders are to be put onto system within 1 hour. If it is a new product then all of the correct

paperwork is required from the salesman to ensure a smooth process.

10. Understand the customer’s electronic systems and updates that are required online.

11. Create a good working relationship with the Chinese companies to ensure we are reacting to them

in the correct manner.

12. Emails must be answered on the same day. If information is required still respond to customer and

explain the process you need to go through to get information.

13. Ensure you are punctual, professional and polite at all times with your work colleagues and

especially customers at all times.

14. All other sales admin paperwork is as standard and must be completed.

15. Remember ‘CUSTOMER IS KING’

Salary : RM 3000 - RM 4000 (negotiable)
