- Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs of role and excellent track record of sales;
- Achieve the ratios as outlined in the Sales as a minimum expectation;
- Work closely with the Club GM to ensure that Service Consultant team are fully staffed with the optimum number of Service Consultants according to specified staff quotas at any point in time;
- Strong understanding of the basic selling skills;
- Perform operation and administrative functions on a daily, weekly, monthly basis;
- Report directly to the Club General Manager.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
To ensure the successful management and monitoring of all member queries of membership, terms and conditions, complaints, time freeze and cancellations, and that all duties are performed to the best of their ability and according to standard company policies and procedures. The Operation Team Leader will also be responsible in ensuring that the Retention Strategy is adhered to on a club level.
Further to this will be OTL responsibility, to ensure all Operational issues are addressed and completed in an acceptable time frame.
Achieve personal agreed monthly sales targets in line with company objectives and also manage the team objective inclusive of but not limited to Activity, Training and Sales Budget. Use marketing material provided to maximise the effective achievement of your sales goals. Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of the member engagement and selling skills needed to perform the service and sales function successfully. Prepare and provide service consultant sales training & development to service consultant. The role requires the individual to work independently and as part of a team.
