Job Summary:
1. Assist VP to manage banks and partners relationships.
2. Manage and maximize existing banks through retention campaign, up selling and cross selling.
3. Coordinate job interfaces for launching of products and campaigns for all related activities to ensure smooth operations and administration.
4. Maintain and update weekly and monthly reports together with billings and collections.
5. Develop and maintain all new campaigns preparation and set up including campaign checklist, marketing plan and monthly reporting of campaign performance.
6. Conduct training on products on a regular basis to banks and partners
7. Assist VP in acquiring new bank and non-bank sponsors and thereon prepare the documentation and enrolment with the company (agreements, system setup etc)
Job Responsibilities:
1. To achieve Target GWP set for the department
2. To achieve Target Loss Ratio set for the department
3. To ensure premium collection are within target set by the company
4. To ensure Expense Ratio are within set by the company
5. To develop new business
6. Source, share and capitalize on market intelligence within Department and Company
7. Carry out projects and other duties as may be assigned
8. Communicate on market trends and competition
9. Ad-hoc functions as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management at least.
- Certification in DMII or AMII is an added advantage.
- Minimum six (6) years of Business Development and/or Bancassurance experience.
- IT Literate such as Excel, Words and Power Point.
- Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
- Knowledge of Insurance Products.
- BD and Selling Skills.
- Communication skills: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Empathy, Teamwork, Influence.
- Achieving Results, Initiative, Concern for Quality.
- Mobility: Able to travel.
