JOB SUMMARY
- Managing and processing all claims handling /settlement for respective types of claims.
- Ensure claims are processed within TAT
- Review files within the guidelines
- Respond to complaint
- Reducing abandoned call rate to 5%
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Position 1: Executive, TPPD/TPBI Claims
- Managing and processing TPPD claims within TAT
- Assessment within the company’s Claims Service Standard or Service Commitment
- Ensure accuracy for overall claim processing
- Ensure response to customers within TAT which includes all correspondences, complaints, payment upon DV receipts
- Carry out projects and other duties as may be assigned
Position 2: Executive, Claims Support Service
- Claims registrations, payments, creation of GIRO accounts and clients ID for all lines of business
- Authorization of payments
- Sorting and distribution of daily mails and faxes.
- Corrective process for unsuccessful payments
- Scanning and uploading of documents
- Prepare operations related reports
- Attend to incoming claims query related to Support Services Operations.
- Provide training to junior team members on registrations and payments.
Position 3: Executive, Retail Claims
- Adhere to Claims Guidelines, related company policies and authority guidelines to ensure company is protected.
- Retail Claims/review performed is accordance to BNM guidelines in a timely manner.
- Retail Claims Investigations – claims are investigated and settled on a timely basis in accordance with claims manual and services delivery standard.
- Reserving & File/claims review are in accordance with the initial Reserve Annual Review Guidelines.
- Compliance – ensure that the requirements of the FSA 1996, Bank Negara Malaysia, PIAM, Company policies and procedures, Internal Audit etc are complied with by the Team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma & Degree in any and/or related lines
- AMII /ACII / DMII or equivalent insurance qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years experience in and /or similar role / capacity
- Proficient in English
- Possess good presentation and negotiation skills
- IT literate
- Mature personality
- Able to work independently and as Teamwork
- Self-motivated and a ream player
