Job Summary:
The Rewards & Benefits AVP/Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of the benefits and compensation programs, including vendor management. This position requires high attention to detail and high-level interpersonal skills along with the ability to navigate sensitive and confidential situations.
Job Responsibilities:
- To design and deliver the rewards & benefits plan in line with business strategy.
- Manage and implement the annual pay review process accurately and effectively within budget constraints.
- Ensure market competitor analysis is carried out to attract and retain talent. Maintain market data and participate in pay and benefits surveys and enable access to current market pay data to support HR business partners and line managers.
- Develop new reward processes and proactively lead the development of new pay, grading and benefit process and work with other stakeholders to ensure they are integrated with AXA performance scheme.
- Ensure compensation support is provided in terms of job evaluation, grading structures and benefits.
- Responsible to handle end-to-end on employees share scheme related matters.
- Ensure monthly payroll process and yearly EA is issued on timely and accurate.
- Ensure remuneration & benefits entitlement for employees who are on Short-Term International Assignment and Long-Term International Assignment are prepared and processed accurately.
- Responsible for HR budgeting process and submission.
- Ensure all HR pay policy changes are communicated across Company.
- Ensure all remuneration and benefits info in the offer/contracts of employment and staff handbooks are accurate and updated in timely manner.
- Ensure the HR systems and analytics are developed to meet the needs of pay and remuneration requirements.
- Conduct pay and benefits benchmarking across markets, develop and maintain competitive packages.
- To work closely with the Tax Consultant / IRB representatives and other external stakeholders to ensure correct tax and statutory deductions/regulations applied.
- To review and maintain relationships with external vendors/suppliers of employee benefits and develop other non-cash reward initiatives/affinity program.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in HR or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Compensation and Benefits function.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Possess good presentation skill.
- Possess good critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills
- Able to interact well with all levels of stakeholders.
