ASSISTANT MANAGER (ENGINEERING)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Engineering Manager (EM) in implementing the Company policy and objectives.
- Assisting the EM with good technical proposal and proper planning for the Company to win the tender bid.
- Monitor and assist Site Project Team on the execution of Projects to ensure the objective of Time, Cost and Quality are met.
- Liaising with Site Team on issues that require the functional discipline support.
- Assist the Procurement Department and Project Team in Procurement and Contract management.
- Visit site periodically to monitor the progress of Project team and advise on improvement, troubleshoot on risk and mitigation.
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University.
- Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (B.E.M).
- Minimum 15 years of working experience.
- Have working experience in consulting firms as Design Engineer at least 5 years.
- Have working experience in construction companies at least 5-8 years and have involved in infra/building projects.
- Good leadership and technical skills with problems solving attitude.
