Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
- Design and implement external candidate marketing and proactive recruiting programs and processes that attract, select and retain a qualified and diverse workforce including but not limited to: identifying and connecting with passive talent through targets direct calls, canvassing efforts, networking and building partnership with universities, communities, and organizations/associations, conducting presentations and speaking engagements, utilizing complex Internet searches and social recruiting methods, attending external job fairs, arranging and leading internal hiring events.
- Creates a culture of innovation by taking the initiative to look for and suggest ways to continuously improve the recruiting process and drive toward higher efficiency and quality.
- Establish and ensure appropriate use of metrics to gauge recruiting status including cost per hire, hiring cycle time, quality of hire, turnover, competitive hiring measures, and new hire engagement measures.
- Delivers a positive candidate experience through continuous communication, follow-up, and engagement throughout the selection process.
- Manage agency relationship and negotiate rates with external service providers to reflect the company’s budget.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of the Recruitment team against stated objective, developing performance measures and ensuring feedback to staff on the department’s performance in meeting targets and objectives.
- Setting up and managing an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company.
2. Strategic Workforce Planning
- Collaborates and partners with the HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and the Regional Attraction team to forecast staffing and market needs.
- Proactively conduct market research in an effort to develop knowledge of current external industry/market/competitor trends and concurrently develops internal knowledge of the business.
- Involve in strategic planning and development of the capacity planning and staffing function. Forecasts potential impacts to operations and ability to meet service goals for all activities.
- Participate in the relevant awards competition/programmes in order to benchmark the Company’s standard.
3. Employer Branding
- Provide support for the deployment of employer branding in the market. Work directly with the HR stakeholders to adopt common EVP elements, localise EVP materials, manage changes needed to reflect the EVP, and manage a consistent and cohesive brand image.
- Communicate AAGI Value Proposition by understanding and utilizing candidate’ varied interest to tailor marketing messages to be as compelling and persuasive as possible.
- Acts as an employer brand ambassador and helps to drive candidate interest in career opportunities.
4. HR Administration and Reporting
- Statistical data and reporting – Manage and maintain HR statistical data and provide reports as and when required by group, regional office and local management as well as group & local regulators.
- Provide support in building advance analytical capability in and for the HR function.
- Interpreting and communicating personnel policies and procedure information to department heads, manager and employees. Responding to inquiries verbally or in writing.
5. Talent Attraction
- Playing the role of Centre of Expertise for the “Attract” and “Culture Transformation” pillars of the HR strategy that is expected to create, lead and implement Company’s Attraction/Employer Branding Strategy as well as oversee the Culture and HR Transformation across Company together with Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Build Attraction Strategy, implement Employer Branding/EVP initiatives to ensure AAGI attracts the right talent for the right job, to meet today’s and future needs
- Identify the career digital ecosystem strategy for AAGI and build the best social media platforms to attract talents.
6. YES Recruit (Taleo) System
- Ensure YES Recruit is fully operationalize and effective across company
- Responsible to ensure adoption/utilisation of YES Recruit (Taleo) system is increased among the Hiring Managers and Recruitment team members.
- Ensure AAGI embed one robust and best in class recruitment process across Asia
- Drive the pilot of “Sourcing by country” model.
7. Social Media and External Engagement
- Oversees the company's social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and blogging websites.
- Writes creative, persuasive copy for various social media platforms
- Expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media
- Set, monitor and review social media standards and ensure that marketing and recruiting goals are aligned
- Campus and industries engagement. (Career Talk, Visit, Campus Fair etc)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR related field or any relevant discipline.
- Seven (7) years of experience in HR preferably in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding capacity.
- Possess Sourcing Talent – Employer Branding, Requisition marketing, employee & social media referral strategies
- Strong knowhows in selecting talent – Talent Assessment, Behavioral Interviewing
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing independently
- Experience in TALEO & Strategic Workforce Planning is an added advantage
