- Responsible for the group salon sales development and performance, ensuring that sales targets are met according to sales, marketing and business plans.
- To innovatively drive and develop sales using necessary sales tools, keeping team morale optimal, leading and motivating team to achieve group as well as individual sales targets.
- Commercial awareness. Responsible in sales budgets ad strategies through analysis of markets & trends to come out with business plans.
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years' experience in similar capacity
- Dynamic, passionate and self-driven
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
