Service Admin Executive / Coodinator

Job Descriptions: 

1. Supply chain administration - Purchase order operation, sales order processing. 

2. Supply chain operation - import & distribution, follow up on shipments. 

3. Inventory control - stock reconciliation, stock transfer, stock write off. 

4. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report. 

5. Regulatory compliance import and export, SIRIM, renewal of AP. 

6. Marine insurance - renewal and claims submission. 

 

Job Requirements:  

1. At least 1 year of working experience. 

2. Knowledge of shipping/forwarding/transportation (logistic) processes. 

3. Strong communication skills. 

4. Ability to prioritize own workload. 

5. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. 

6. Ability to work independently and as a team.  

7. Liaise with logistic department to ensure timely deliveries.
