Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for day-to-day salon operations and customer service
- Supporting various departments to achieve business and sales objectives
- Responsible in establishing salon operations and customer service policies and procedures,workflow, POS system, audit and controls, ensuring compliance to all company policies, procedures to achieve company’s objectives
- Manage operating expenses within budget to increase profitability of Corporate and License Salons
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, relevant to sales and services industries
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Operations/Administrative Support is required for this position, previous experience in skincare/beauty industry is an added advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Publika
- Highly organised with good time management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with ability to communicate on all levels
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
