Job descriptions:
- To assist in propelling revenue growth of the salons and increase staff retention by elevating a distinct culture and learning opportunity through on-going skills and knowledge development
- To account for the consistent excellence in the area relating to salon team’s hands-on technical skills, consultation & recommendation skills, service standard, treatment protocol, client development program
- Plan, organise,implement training programs for treatments and products
- Conduct assessment/audit to ensure proper execution of knowledge and skills of therapist service level in accordance to standard
- Conduct training evaluation and review post training results/feedback to track progress and effectiveness
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Beauty Training Certification (CIBTAC, CIDESCO)
- Minimum 2 years and above in training, and preferably in the retail skin care or beauty industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English& Chinese
- PC skills – Microsoft Office applications
- Applicants must be willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation
