What you will be doing
- Attend to customer’s queries pertaining to funds transfer issues, insufficient funds, that it transacted on company's exchange platform. In addition, calculate the ROI for relevant investments
- Answer clients questions related to the company services via live hcat, phone and email
- Escalate client's request and compliants to approriate specialists
- Gathering client’s feedback, identify problem trend and report to supervisor for discussion or service enhancement
What we need from you
- Passionate about deserving customer service and customer expectation
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese OR Spanish
- Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills
- Working experience in customer service field would be an added advantage
