Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in systems design, implementation and documentation
- Prepare project plans and implementation schedules for all projects, which include new as well as maintenance/enhancements of existing systems
- Execute and monitor project plans and provide status reports
- Provide guidance and expertise to a team of software developers, ensuring the project scope is completed with high quality, on schedule and within budget
- Cooperate with business analysis, systems support and infrastructure teams
- Active involvement in staff development (including appraisals) and technology growth initiatives
- Perform end-user support and user-training activities
- Liaise with all levels of staff within the team and user communities
- Will be reporting to Senior Managers and Executive Directors.
Requirements:
- Recognised University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, of which at least 2 years were in a supervisory role
- Hands on experience in C#.Net, ASP.Net in multi-tiered architecture and object oriented development environment, practicing agile development methodology
- Sound knowledge in SQL, SQL Reporting Services, AJAX, and VB.Net, would be an added advantage
- Proficient in the Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment
- Strong leadership, project management, communication and analytical skills
- Team player with good interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Results oriented with “on time and on budget” attitude
- Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English Language with confidence
- Able to travel overseas
