TRAFFIC MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- To ensure traffic safety guidelines are strictly adhered by staffs, subcontractors and third party in related to operation and maintenance of the projects.
- To attend complaints from client, respective authorities and road user with regards to any traffic complaint.
- To manage and monitor all matters pertaining traffic control for the projects.
- To maintain and improve good working relationship with relevant local authorities, sub contractors, third parties, company organization and group of companies.
- Able to plan, manage and execute logistic arrangements and implementation in superstructure or high rise building.
- Capable to set up precautionary maintenance schedule for all machinery at authorities, external contractors and consultants
- Able to coordinate with project sites team to expedite efficient machine and equipment deployment
- Able to manage, coordinate and arrange of incoming and outgoing materials as well as movement of assets and non-assets at project sites
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Transport Management/Public Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experiences in logistic, machineries and traffic at project sites.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and MS Project.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 is an added advantage.
